REVIEW
Riley Ford’s brilliant, fast-paced Young Adult Paranormal Fantasy will not soon leave my memory. “Into You” deals with real teen problems in a fun way. From the first page this novel is UN-PUT-DOWN-ABLE! The novel is packed with humor and heartache, romance and betrayal, life and death. The author is abundant in talent, as evidenced by this debut novel, and I immediately connected with the voice! Winter Reynolds (complete with her unique paranormal kissing-gift) is a multi-faceted young adult character, but the depth of character does not end there. Her best friend, Miranda, and even Miranda’s quirky-but-judgmental parents, are also fully-developed. Jason aka Stumblemyer makes for a fantastic and realistic male lead. This character-driven paranormal mystery is packed with emotion and the twists in the story will shock and surprise you. And what better way to explore coming of age than to show the point in one’s life where they begin to weigh their personal desires against ensuring the well-being of others? I can’t wait to see more from this author . . . I am a fan-girl already!
